Supervisors Meeting

The Board of Supervisors holds one meeting each month to conduct Township business. Meetings, open to the public, are held at the Township Building, 337 E. Aaron Square in Aaronsburg at 6:30 PM on the third Thursday of each month, unless otherwise noted. See our Calendar for the full meeting schedule.

Residents are welcome to express opinions at meetings during “Public Comment” time on the agenda, but the Supervisors have the sole responsibility to legislate and conduct Township business. Residents may also send an email (hainestownship@verizon.net) and request to be put on the agenda to address the Board for bigger topics.

Planning Commission Meeting

The Planning Commission holds one meeting each month to conduct Township Planning business. Meetings, open to the public, are held at the Township Building, 337 E. Aaron Square in Aaronsburg at 7PM on the second Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise noted. See our Calendar for the full meeting schedule.
