The Haines Township Office is moving to a new location. If you need to stop into the Township Office effective Monday, February 26, 2024 you will need to visit 337 E. Aaron Square, Aaronsburg. Our phone number is still 814-349-8193 and hours of operation will remain 7:30am-3:30pm unless otherwise posted. Moving forward the monthly Board of Supervisors meetings will also be held at this location. Visit the calendar page on our website for dates and times. The only change is the physical location of the Township Office.

Haines-Aaronsburg Municipal Authority (HAMA) Customers – The Water Payment drop box will remain outside the township building and checked daily. Please note: Moving forward, Effective Monday, February 26, 2024, all calls to the HAMA office will now be received via the Haines Township office phone number at (814)349-8193.

TOWNSHIP OFFICE MOVING TO NEW LOCATION

The Haines Township Supervisors and The Haines- Aaronsburg Municipal Authority have agreed to share the office space located at 337 E. Aaron Square, Aaronsburg, PA. The move is tentativley scheduled for February 23rd. Kimberly A. Claar, Secretary-Treasurer will be located at the new location and will still be available via email: hainestownship@verizon.net or by calling 814-349-8193. The office hours 7:30am-3:30pm will also remain the same. The Township Board of Supervisor’s monthly meetings will also be held at the new location at the same dates and time listed below.

Monthly Township Board of Supervisor’s meetings will convene at 6:30 P.M. on March 21st, April 18th, May 16th, June 18th, July 16th, August 15th, September 19th, October 17th , November 19th, and December 19th . NEW LOCATION: 337 E. Aaron Square, Aaronsburg, PA 16820.

Haines-Aaronsburg Municipal Authority customers will still be able to drop their water bill payments at the drop box located at the Township building. The only thing moving is the Township Office.
