#08-2009, 10/15/09 A resolution of the Township of Haines, Centre County, Pennsylvania, adopting a revised Township employee handbook.
#07-2009, 07/16/09 A resolution of the Haines Township Board of Supervisors authorizing the disbursement of a portion of collected Township fire tax monies to the Millheim Fire Company, No. 1, for the purchase of a new rescue truck chassis.
#06-2009, 04/16/09 A resolution of Haines Township which resolved, that the form of Money Purchase Pension Plan and Trust effective January 1, 2009 has been approved and adopted and certifies that the copies of the Haines Township Pension Plan, the Summary Plan Description and the Funding Policy and Method presented were true copies hereto known as Exhibits A, B and C, respectively.

A resolution of the Township of Haines, Cente Co., PA establishing the Pennsylvania Local Government Investment Trust as the depository of choice for the STATE FUNDS of Haines Township and maintaining the GENERAL OPERATING ACCOUNTS of the Township of Haines through the depository, Jersey Shore State Bank. All Township funds will be maintained according to the Second Class Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and are subject to audit by the State of PA.
